How do I place an order?
Please contact me either via email, blog post, or FB to set up an initial meeting.  Meetings will be in the Waipahu, Ewa, Pearl City area.  After the initial meeting to discuss your ideas and party details, we will build an Order List.  I will not start 'creating' until you have signed off on the Order List.  All orders include up to two (2) in-person meetings/consultations up to one (1) hour each. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash only, please.  (Coming Soon: online payment via PayPal)

Tax?
Already included in the price of your items.

What is the turnaround time for orders?
Please allow 4 weeks for your order from start to finish.  Orders placed inside of 4 weeks may be subject to rush fees.  If you are in a pinch, PLEASE contact me anyway.  I would rather you called me to see if you can still get your personalized party items out (depending on design and construction), before giving in to time and buying up generic stuff from the store.   I love a challenge, so we'll do our best to find a way!

Do you provide samples?
Yes, I do.  A lot of time and thought goes into the creation of the actual party item.  To help cover the costs of the initial design and construction of your personalized creation, a fee of $5 per favor sample*, and $10 per centerpiece sample will be applied.  If you like what you see, I will add the sample fee to your order.  (*does not apply to bag tag favors)

What if I don't see what I want?
If there's a particular party item you don't see on my blog, let's chat!  Let's see if we can't come up with something that represents the idea in your head.  I love a challenge!
